About the event
Create awareness and presence with the sacred gestures of eurythmy in Meditative Movement and Dance. This combination class of gentle movement and celebratory dance helps to balance and harmonize the soul, ease stress, tension and anxiety in the body, and silence the "over thinking" mind. It is easy to follow along, newcomers are welcome. Cultivates spatial and kinestetic awareness and a sense of community and joy!

Wear loose, comfortable clothing and soft sole shoes or non slip socks.
Every Wednesday: 10:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. in the Vienna Room.
