Become the change you seek to create in the world!   Each second Saturday of the month from May to October we will meet at Fair Share Farm (https://www.fairsharefarm.net/about) to move a meditative sequence that awakens inner and outer presence, strength and joy by stepping harmoniously into the living forces that sustain and unite body, soul and spirit. By aligning yourself and moving with these forces, you help to harmonize all of existence! The movement is natural and easy to learn in the moment; newcomers are welcome. Let's create a beautiful, intentional circle of love, peace and healing! Due to our outdoor setting, we highly recommend participants to wear sunscreen, sunglasses, hats, bring plenty of water, and wear comfortable clothes.
