Baking Together

We All Know Something

A community gathering of shared talents, simple joys, and the beauty of learning from one another.

We all have something we know how to do that brings us joy and that might bring a little joy to someone else, too.

We All Know Something is a free community gathering where we come together to share the things we enjoy, learn from one another, and celebrate the simple pleasure of making, creating, and discovering a new skill or hobby. From bread baking and flower arranging to journaling, knitting, and all the little arts of everyday life, these gatherings are an opportunity to share our individual gifts in a spirit of generosity, curiosity, and friendship.

This is a gathering where everyone has something to offer and everyone is welcome to teach and learn. You don't need to be an expert or a professional at what you offer. You simply need to have something you enjoy doing and a willingness to share it with others.

A Gathering of Head, Heart & Hands

We see these offerings as a community barter: a generous exchange of knowledge, skills, time, and love for life's little pleasures. Each gathering is created by the person sharing their skill and the people who come to learn.

There is no charge for teaching or participating. If a gathering requires materials or supplies, a modest fee to cover those costs may be charged, but the knowledge and experience being shared are a gift to the community.

How It Works

Start by using the contact form below to let us know what you'd like to teach. Include some good dates you are available. Depending on the activity, gatherings can take place in the Sacred studio, kitchen, cabin, or outdoor spaces. We'll work together to find the setting that best suits what you have in mind. Then your offering will be emailed to the Sacred community. You are welcome to share the invite with your family and friends.

We are working on the calendar now, and the gatherings will grow from the interests, ideas, and skills that our community brings. There is no predetermined schedule or set curriculum. We want this to be something we create together, one gathering at a time.

Whether you offer to teach something yourself, or simply come along to learn from someone else, you are welcome. And if you have an idea for something you'd love to learn, we'd love to hear about it!

What Would You Like to Share?

Maybe you have a knack for organizing, a favorite craft, a family tradition, or a practical skill that you would enjoy passing along. The possibilities are as varied as the people in our community.

Email me with your ideas, both what you'd like to share - and what you would love to learn! Let's begin creating a calendar of "classes" that bring us together in the spirit of generosity, creativity, and community - and a true union of head, heart and hands!
