Sacred Circles

As a healing arts practitioner and somatic movement facilitator, I offer weekly and monthly community circles, classes and workshops that cultivate presence, awakening, and connection in body, soul and spirit.

Each circle is a living moment that is new every time we gather. Custom-made and heart centered, Sacred Circles weave elements of art, conversation, music, and story into a rhythmic, harmonizing experience for the soul. As a circle of one, we embark upon a shared journey of friendship, inner wisdom and remembrance, while discovering new thoughts and feelings about life, Self, and relationship with others - in a deeply, profound and beautiful way.

Some of the Sacred Circles that are offered regularly are Meditative Movement, Healing Arts Workshops (varying topics), Sacred Prayer Circles and Sacred Dance Circles. Join email list below to be included on circle updates.

Seasonal Festivals

For thousands of years, people have gathered to celebrate spiritual life through ritual, song, dance, food, and story. These celebratory festivals reconnect us with the deeper rhythm of the Earth, helping to heal our sense of separation from spirit, each other, and the cosmos.

At the heart of the year’s turning are four sacred festivals, marked by the solstices and equinoxes; moments that invite us to consciously celebrate with the eternal forces moving through nature and soul.

The four seasonal festivals offered are Michaelmas (fall), Christmas (winter), Easter (spring), and St. John (summer).

2026 Festival Dates

Sunday, April 4  |  Easter Celebration

Saturday, June 20 | St. John's Celebration

Sunday, September 27 | Michaelmas Festival

Sunday, December 20  | Winter Spiral of Light

 Sacred Journey

A compassionate community of individuals that meet often to normalize conversations about death, dying, and loss, and support each other in cultivating a deeper understanding of the soul’s journey between life and the afterlife.

We share resources, knowledge, and heartfelt support to help individuals and families plan for an intentional, meaningful end-of-life experience. Frequently held are workshops on sacred end-of-life planning, documentary screenings, grief support meet ups and educational guest speaker events.

UPCOMING:

April 11, After Death Body Care Workshop 2:00 -4:00 pm, Greensboro

April 21, Legal Means to Hasten Death from Terminal Illness, 6:00 -8:00 pm, Zoom workshop

Singing Circles

A community song circle where every voice belongs.

Sacred Gathering's singing circle is a casual, fun group of people that sing for joy, presence, and heart-filled connection. We learn simple songs taught on the spot—no singing experience is needed.

As founder and director of Threshold Choir and Spirit Singers, I'm thrilled to share the transformative power of singing with others to the Lewisville/Clemmons and Winston-Salem communities. Our circle is a heartwarming, joyful gathering filled with connection, harmony, and love.

All ages (with an adult) and voices are welcome.

"Beth's Meditative Movement class offers inspiration, grace, and an awakening of inner healing and peace. The movements are fluid and easy. Her guidance is centering and uplifting. Beth has created a lovely, welcoming atmosphere of warmth, calm, and joy."

"The healing sequence you taught us was so powerful.  I started my week this morning doing it - was glad I had your great notes! I love how it engages the feeling realm and I look forward to working with it regularly. Thank you for the beautiful teachings. I loved the workshop!" – NC

"Beth is a sensitive soul, a very caring person who listens well. I was dealing with a sleep issue that had become very disturbing to my health and life. Beth and I took a walk in the lovely woods that surrounds her home office. In her gentle manner Beth shared many thoughts. We discussed beginning my day with spiritual thoughts; how to feed my soul. Beth shared the importance of cultivating an inner quiet and calmness, letting my heart guide my head. She talked about the growth of a living force within me that becomes my strength, refuge and guidepost. I have benefited from Beth’s teachings and now sleep well. Her caring advice has been very meaningful in my ongoing spiritual development.

Time spent with Beth Bean is a gift."

– T.C.
