February 4 | 11 am - 12 pm | Meditative Movement
Vero Christo Studio, Lewisville, NC​
A meditative circle of music (soft piano, ambient, or nature sounds,) word, and presence that uses the sacred gestures and sounds of Eurythmy to open and expand the soul realm to the etheric stream of life – enlivening and strengthening the physical body and bringing balance and harmony to the soul. A fluid, spirit-led circle that changes each time we gather.

​February 11 | 11 am - 12 pm | Sacred Prayer

A sequence of spoken prayers firmly rooted in the Christian tradition that express reverence and devotion in movement. This prayer sequence helps to awaken a profound awareness of the all en-compassing currents of both cosmic and earthly dimensions of the masculine and feminine aspects of the divinity. We move the same sequence of prayers each month, creating a consistent rhythm that deepens over time.​

February 15
 | 5- 6 pm | Peace Prayer Circle

Many of us accompanied the monks, both literally and figuratively, as they traveled through North Carolina in January. And we can still feel the awakened heart as a result. Let’s gather mid-February, around the time they are expected to arrive in D.C., to hold a prayer circle of peace in their honor. This gathering will serve as a final communion with the monks during the concluding days of their pilgrimage. Our circle will feature inspirational and contemplative liturgy and Sacred Movement accompanied by music and candlelight.

Seven short dances drawn from the gestures and sounds of Eurythmy that mirror the movements of the planets and constellations as they unfold in real time. Choreographed to beautiful classical piano in the key that resonates with each heavenly body. No prior dance experience is needed.

February 22 | 2-4 pm | Singing for Comfort Workshop
Vero Christo Studio, Lewisville, NC
To sing is to heal and share the deepest part of yourself. Explore the healing power and essential elements of singing bedside for comfort, compassion and kindness. Leave with practical experience and a few songs to share when they are needed most.
