Sacred Dance - Sacred Heart Healing

Seven short dances drawn from the gestures and sounds of Eurythmy that mirror the movements of the planets and constellations as they unfold in real time. Choreographed to beautiful classical piano in the key that resonates with each heavenly body. No prior dance experience is needed.

The Singing Circle Sacred Heart Healing
Mary Alice Warren Community Center, Lewisville, NC

Offered once a month, this circle is a playful, nourishing community song circle where we learn simple songs on the spot and sing together for the joy of it. All are voices and ages are welcome—no singing experience needed.

Sacred Prayer - Sacred Heart Healing

A sequence of spoken prayers firmly rooted in the Christian tradition that express reverence and devotion in movement. This prayer sequence helps to awaken a profound awareness of the all en-compassing currents of both cosmic and earthly dimensions of the masculine and feminine aspects of the divinity. We move the same sequence of prayers each month, creating a consistent rhythm that deepens over time.

Meditative Movement - Sacred Heart Healing

A meditative circle of music (soft piano, ambient, or nature sounds,) word, and presence that uses the sacred gestures and sounds of Eurythmy to open and expand the soul realm to the etheric stream of life – enlivening and strengthening the physical body and bringing balance and harmony to the soul. A fluid, spirit-led circle that changes each time we gather.

Michaelmas Celebration - Sacred Heart Healing
Vero Christo, Lewisvillle, NC

Through story, song, food, and hands/heart creative offerings, we come together to celebrate the divine rhythm and spiritual reality behind the earth’s natural processes; honor the deeper meaning of the seasons; and to restore our disconnection from spiritual forces and the inner and outer breath of the cosmos.

September's celebration will honor the archangel Michael, who comes with his iron forces and has appeared to cultures and communities all over the globe in many different forms as the bringer of inner strength, truth, and courage.
