As the founder and director of Threshold Choir and Spirit Singers for the past nine years, I’m delighted to share the healing power of song with everyone in the Lewisville/Clemmons and Winston-Salem communities. Join us for a heartwarming, joyful gathering filled with connection, harmony, and love.

This is a free event, but donations are gratefully accepted to help support our circle. All ages (with an adult) and voices are welcome.

Do I need to know how to sing?
Not at all! Just the desire to sing—simply for the joy of it. No musical training or experience is needed. This is a space for everyone, whether you've sung your whole life, only in the shower or in the car, or never at all.

Do I need to read sheet music?
No, again! This is a simple call-and-response circle. Each song is taught line by line—by ear—so before you know it, you're singing with everyone else. Easy, natural, and joyful, in the oral tradition of song circles from around the globe.

Are children welcome?
While the circle is primarily geared toward adults, children are welcome with an accompanying adult who can support them during the hour.

Will there be an audience?
No way! We will sing like nobody is watching - because they aren't! No rehearsals, no sheet music, no pressure nor performance. Just friendship, presence and song.
Do I need to register to attend?

Is there a cost?
The Singing Circle is a free once a month gathering. If you feel moved to support the circle with a financial offering, donations are welcome and received with gratitude.
